IDV is an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company’s extensive engineering resources.


Role Summary


We are looking for an experienced End User Governance Manager to strengthen our IT Operations & Digital Employee Experience governance model at a global level.

This role will be responsible for defining, governing, and optimizing end-user services , covering contractual management, device leasing, endpoint engineering standards, and budget control , ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


End User Services Governance:


  • Define and govern the global end-user service model, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Act as the reference point for governance of workplace technologies and endpoint standards.
  • Ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic objectives.


Contract & Vendor Management:


  • Manage contractual relationships with vendors providing end-user services, including device leasing and related services.
  • Oversee contract performance, SLAs, and cost efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support sourcing strategies and vendor evaluations in collaboration with Procurement.


Device Leasing & Lifecycle Strategy:


  • Define and govern leasing models for end-user devices, ensuring optimal balance between cost, performance, and user experience.
  • Oversee device lifecycle strategies, refresh policies, and standard configurations.
  • Ensure alignment between asset strategy and financial planning.


Endpoint Engineering & Standardization:


  • Govern the engineering of end-user endpoints, defining standard images, configurations, and security baselines.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with cybersecurity, compliance, and digital workplace standards.
  • Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams on endpoint architecture.


Financial & Budget Management:


  • Own and manage the budget related to end-user services, devices, and leasing.
  • Monitor costs, forecast expenditures, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide clear financial reporting and insights to IT leadership.


Stakeholder & Team Coordination:


  • Act as a key interface between IT Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor junior and specialist roles (e.g., IT Asset Management).
  • Support strategic planning and roadmap definition for Digital Employee Experience.


Required Qualifications & Skills


Experience:


  • At least 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations, End User Services, or Governance roles within multinational environments.
  • Proven experience in contract management, vendor governance, and budget ownership.


Technical & Governance Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of end-user devices, workplace services, and endpoint management.
  • Experience with leasing models and asset lifecycle governance.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL-based governance frameworks is a strong asset.


Leadership & Soft Skills:


  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational pragmatism.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and coordinate across functions and geographies.


Language Requirements


  • Italian: Native or fluent.
  • English: Fluent (written and spoken).
