A leading company in its sector is looking for an Engagement & Inclusion Specialist to join the team in Rome. You will: Help coordinate the execution of company-wide engagement surveys and follow-up actions Support the roll-out of inclusive culture initiatives and awareness campaigns Act as a connector between global functions and regional teams Contribute to ongoing projects related to equity certifications and internal communities
We are looking for someone who: Has 1–2 years of experience in HR, engagement, DE&I Speaks and writes English fluently Is empathetic, creative and an effective communicator Has strong organizational and coordination skills Brings curiosity, a collaborative mindset and a sense of accountability
