About the Role

By joining our Service team, you will have the chance to engage with professionals from various business areas and international branches. You will have the opportunity to participate in innovative projects, acquire transversal skills, and make a real contribution to the company’s growth.

What will you do?

  • Support the preparation, discussion, and negotiation of new service contracts and renewals, in collaboration with your tutor and sales teams;
  • Collaborate with branch contacts to plan and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities;
  • Handle back‑office activities related to service contracts, including spare parts stock creation and management of administrative practices (repairs, intercompany sales, customs, and tax aspects);
  • Monitor, together with your supervisor, the financial performance of assigned contracts;
  • Participate in the development and innovation of predictive maintenance platforms (Digital Service), integrating IoT technologies, remote monitoring, and advanced diagnostics;
  • Promote and support the sales and integration of the new digital platforms within existing and future contracts;
  • Analyze maintenance data, collaborating with data analysis teams and technical experts, to optimize activities and improve asset reliability.

What You Need to Be Successful

We are seeking engineering students (in either mechanical/Automation or management) who are eager to challenge themselves with practical experience and/or interested in developing their final dissertation with us.

  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for problem‑solving;
  • Interest in data analysis (Excel) and innovative technologies such as IoT and Generative AI;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong aptitude towards project management;
  • Technically minded (mechanics as well as automation);
  • Curious towards technical variety.
