Engineering Specialist_EE Architecture

We are looking for an Engineering Specialist_EE Architecture in the Innovation and pre-development area (new projects and solution); manage the activity of 2D wiring harness creation according to the process.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Engineering Specialist Project Chief to schedule all the activities
• Wire dimensioning according to the Design and check with specific tools and standards (according to the components' load and fuses values)
• Manage the activity of prototype preparation, aligning with mechanical process defined
• Lead the designers and supplier assigned to the program to assure the correct deliverable
• Making improvements to vehicles in response to virtual and physical test feedback

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
• Mechatronic fundamental knowledge
• Good Knowledge of CAD program (2D)
• Knowledge of Excel and office package

Soft Skills

• Fluent Italian and good English (technical knowledge in speaking and writing) - minimum B2 level
• Ability to work in team and to organize complex tasks
• Ability to work in crisis mode with good reactivity
• Ability to work in multi-cultural teams
• Good problem-solving attitude
