Do you have a passion for the English language and a talent for making it click for others? Mondosol is searching for a skilled English Language Teacher to join our global online teaching community. Work from anywhere, on your schedule.
What You Will Do:
Teach engaging one‑on‑one and group English lessons via Google Meet
Assess each student's level and build customized lesson plans that match their goals
Help students master English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation
Provide clear, constructive feedback that accelerates student progress
Prepare students for real‑world English use — at work, in travel, and in everyday life
Track learning milestones and adjust your teaching style as students develop
Contribute to a welcoming, growth‑oriented online learning community
Must Have:
Native or near‑native English speaker (C1/C2 or higher)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply
Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment
Computer, webcam, and microphone ready for Google Meet sessions
Nice to Have:
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent English teaching certification
Experience teaching English to non‑native speakers (adults or mixed levels)
Knowledge of multiple teaching methods (communicative, task‑based, grammar‑translation)
Prior experience with online teaching platforms
