Enterprise AI Adoption Consultant — Anthropic

We are looking for an Enterprise AI Adoption Consultant who sits at the intersection of organisational change, AI strategy and Anthropic technology. You will work hand-in-hand with C-level stakeholders at large enterprises to design and orchestrate their journey toward an AI-native operating model — making Claude a measurable productivity multiplier across business functions. Your edge is not just knowing how to deploy AI tools: it is knowing how to make organisations embrace them.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise AI adoption assessments and design tailored Claude rollout strategies for clients — covering Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code for engineering teams, Claude Cowork for knowledge workers, Skills and MCP integrations and all the upcoming Anthropic solutions.
  • Translate business goals into concrete, prioritised use cases across the Anthropic stack; define the adoption roadmap from pilot to scaled deployment.
  • Build the business case, ROI model and KPI framework for each adoption programme, with clear metrics tied to productivity, quality and time-to-value.
  • Design and run AI literacy and enablement programmes: from executive briefings and function-specific training to self-service adoption kits and champion networks.
  • Lead AI-specific change management workstreams — addressing resistance, redesigning workflows, and embedding new human–AI collaboration models into the organisation.
  • Track adoption health using quantitative indicators (active users, task deflection, throughput, satisfaction) and continuously iterate the enablement approach.
  • Partner with Anthropic teams and Open Reply engineering on go-to-market motions, reference accounts and thought leadership.


Who You Are

  • 5+ years in management consulting, digital transformation or enterprise software advisory — with a track record of driving adoption of complex platforms at scale.
  • Proven experience leading AI adoption or AI transformation programmes in large organisations (Banking, Telco, Insurance, Industry)
  • Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI in enterprise contexts: use case identification, prompt governance, responsible AI, measuring AI impact. Knowledge of Anthropic’s Claude ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of the human and organisational side of AI adoption: resistance patterns, capability gaps, workflow redesign, AI literacy development and champion-network models.
  • Ability to define and track adoption KPIs, from usage dashboards to productivity uplift and turn data into actionable programme adjustments.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive committees and translating technical AI capabilities into business value.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
