About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing: onboarding progress, enablement gaps for new hires, skills/enablement gaps for all team members, and program gaps supporting your key persona.
Assessing the effectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, etc.
- Developing courses and enablement programs to support role ramp-up, solution consulting development, and new products/offerings.
- Updating existing courses and programs based on new products or identified gaps.
Developing, leading, and supporting content tracks for Solution Consulting Events
- Teaching demonstration and sales skills through scalable training tailored to personas.
- Mentoring and instructing new solution consulting team members on product aspects for demo success.
- Delivering and facilitating enablement programs, both virtually and in person.
- Mentoring and coaching team members through certification processes.
About You
You are passionate about helping others succeed, with strong coordination, design, and delivery skills. You bring enthusiasm for learning, solution consulting, and technology, always seeking effective and engaging ways to facilitate learning.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years in software solution consulting
- 3+ years in Workday solution consulting with a focus on CIO
Other Qualifications
- Exceptional relationship-building and expectation management skills with partners and peers.
- Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills to lead and deliver projects and initiatives.
