Enterprise Data & Analytics Senior Consultant

YOUR ROLE

As an Enterprise Data & Analytics Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will act as a trusted advisor for clients, leading the definition and delivery of enterprise data strategies and advanced analytics solutions. You will combine deep data expertise with consulting leadership to enable large‑scale, data‑driven transformation programs.

• Define enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks and data maturity roadmaps.
• Lead the implementation of data quality, security, privacy and compliance policies.
• Design and deliver advanced analytics and insight solutions, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data platforms, analytics architectures and integration across cloud and enterprise ecosystems.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, Generative AI and emerging data technologies.

YOUR PROFILE

• Business & methods: Strong experience in data‑driven consulting, including strategy definition, assessments, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of data analytics, data modeling, BI platforms, cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS) and data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM).
• Capgemini DNA: Leadership mindset, client orientation, ability to mentor teams and drive value‑focused transformation.
• Personal skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving capabilities at executive level.

Education and Background

Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Data & Analytics, data transformation or consulting roles, with a proven track record in large‑scale projects.
