Require Experience and Education :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in IT field, Enterprise IT governance, Information Governance, Business Continuity, and Data Protection
- Experience in developing technology roadmaps, accounting for rapidly evolving solutions
- Possession of the following skills (Reference: Skills for the Information Age version 9 (SFIA 9
- Requirements definition and management (REQM)
- Service level management (SLMO)
- Service catalogue management (SCMG)
- Solution architecture (ARCH)
- Availability management (AVMT)
- Business process improvement (BPRE)
- Capacity management (CPMG)
- Financial analysis (FIAN)
Experience on the requirements above can be supported with:
- Proven experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the IT field
- Proven experience in business process management and improvement
- Previous experience in international, multicultural work environments is a plus
Role :
- Support and contribute to the development and/or updating of IT directives and policies in compliance with organizational needs
- Support and contribute to the development of solution architectures to ensure efficient and reliable IT services
- Support the definition of service availability and capacity to meet organizational goals
- Improve business processes to enhance IT service delivery
- Align service design with enterprise IT strategy and organizational objectives
- Support the development of standards, procedures, and guidelines for implementing data protection and business continuity
- Analyze business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend improvements
- Support business impact analysis and risk assessments, identifying potential threats and assessing their impact
- Assist in defining the business processes and information requirements to support the organization
- Support the development of the service catalogue and identification of service lifecycle needs
- Provide support to various IT and service-related activities as directed by the IT leadership
- Carry out other unspecified duties as directed from the supervisor
