Italy is part of Taboolas EMEA business by joining this mighty team of Enterprise Publisher Account Managers you will have the opportunity to lead and build some of our most strategic partnerships in Italy interacting with stakeholders at all levels at the top publishers in the market.
We are looking for a true talent with a strong drive for excellence; exceptional analytical commercial and prioritization skills; the ability to work independently take full ownership and adapt in a fastgrowing dynamic environment; This is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and be part of a great team learning from others but also sharing your experience.
To thrive in this role youll need :
- Native / Fluent Italian speaker with a medium to high English level
- 5 years of experience in the digital advertising ad tech or publishing industries.
- Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders including senior level executives product legal tech finance sales and marketing
- Track record of closing business and driving long and complex sales cycles
- Excellent analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring / identifying trends in data and in generated reports
- Ability to explain technical solutions establish goals develop opportunities and provide reporting / dashboards to identify trends and improve the customer experience
- Extremely motivated proactive resourceful and creative to ensure your clients receive world class consulting
- High attention to detail organised and with strong communication skills
- Selfstarter with the will and ability to work in a fastpaced everevolving environment
- Digital advertising experience is a plus Publisher experience is a major advantage
How youll make an impact :
As a Publisher Account Manager youll bring value by :
- Lead strategic enterprise publisher partnerships in the Italian market.
- Understand the organisations business needs and develop relationships at all levels.
- Showcase Taboolas value proposition to stakeholdersfrom Senior Executives and Editors to Product Leads and technical teamsto drive audience growth engagement and monetisation.
- Excel at manipulating data and identifying actionable opportunities; monitor and analyse key metrics and proactively implement improvements.
- Maintain deep expertise in Taboolas platform and clearly articulate the benefits it delivers to publishers.
- Fully comprehend the technology and revenue ecosystem as well as client needs and requirements to intelligently identify upsell opportunities and expand platform adoption.
- Communicate clientderived business intelligence and feature requests to the Product Management team to inform new product development.
