About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive to drive the expansion of Bonzai AI's presence across Italy. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing complex deals with large enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and demonstrating how Bonzai AI's cutting-edge solutions can transform their content creation and training initiatives. This role requires significant travel throughout Italy to meet with key stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Management:
Own and manage the complete sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure, including prospecting, lead qualification, conducting compelling product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract finalization. - Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers within target accounts across various industries in Italy. - Needs Assessment & Solution Selling:
Gain a deep understanding of prospective clients' business challenges and objectives related to content creation and training, and effectively articulate the value proposition of Bonzai AI's solutions to address their specific needs. - Quota Achievement & Pipeline Management:
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively identifying new business opportunities and strategically advancing deals. - Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive overall client satisfaction and retention. - Market Insight:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities for Bonzai AI's growth in the Italian market. - Travel:
Be prepared to travel extensively throughout Italy to engage with clients, participate in industry events, and represent Bonzai AI. - Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and sales activities within CRM systems, providing regular forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Proven track record of 5+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales, ideally within AI, digital marketing, EdTech, or learning solutions. - Sales Acumen:
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. - Language Proficiency:
Native or near-native fluency in Italian, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Communication & Presentation:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives. - Autonomy & Teamwork:
Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative, while also collaborating effectively as part of a dynamic and supportive team. - Customer Focus:
A strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. - Travel Readiness:
Willingness and ability to travel frequently and extensively across Italy. - Technical Aptitude:
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce) and a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.
