Cultural Festival Host / Entertainment & Guest Experience Crew
Luxury Cruise Environment | Mediterranean Season Contract
Contract Dates: April 26 – October 23
Salary: USD $2,500 per month
We are seeking an outgoing Festival Hosts to join a brand-new cultural entertainment venue onboard a premium luxury cruise environment launching for the Mediterranean season.
This role is ideal for high-energy, people-focused entertainers with experience similar to:
- Hotel or resort animation teams
- Cruise activity hosts
- Cultural facilitators or event hosts
- Performers who enjoy guest interaction as much as stage work
Hosts will be central to creating an immersive, festival-style atmosphere that celebrates Mediterranean culture through performance, creativity, and social connection.
Key Responsibilities
Festival Hosts are expected to actively lead, perform, and engage across a wide range of experiences, including:
- Hosting and facilitating arts & crafts stalls inspired by daily cultural themes
- Leading dance-based activities, including line dancing and simple group choreography
- Performing in intimate stage shows, pop-up performances, or hosted moments
- Running interactive trivia and cultural games connected to each festival theme
- Supporting podcast-style hosting, live conversations, or storytelling sessions
- Proactively engaging guests one-on-one and in small groups
- Maintaining high energy, warmth, and approachability throughout the day
- Supporting safety drills and operational duties as required onboard
