EPM Consultant

We're seeking a Consultant with a passion for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and the innovative OneStream platform. Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the daily management of OneStream applications supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Provide essential assistance in troubleshooting both functional and technical issues to ensure seamless user experience.
• Contribute to the creation of clear documentation, user training materials, and actively engage in projects driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and users to gather insights and transform requirements into effective, functional solutions.
• Assist in configuring and customizing the OneStream platform to meet evolving business needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest and foundational understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and key business processes such as financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation.
• Demonstrable experience owning deliverables and working independently to tight deadlines in a high-performing team.
• Strong experience in C#, VB.NET and SQL, with the ability to develop, optimize, and maintain efficient code using solid object-oriented programming principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian.

• Basic financial knowledge of consolidated financial statements and/or FP&A and controlling is appreciated.
