Job Title
Total Rewards Analyst – 6 month contract Business Segment

Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain Overview
The Total Rewards Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Total Rewards team in a variety of operational tasks and initiatives such as job architecture, global digitisation projects, salary structure development, and digitised annual compensation cycles. Responsibilities
Perform global compensation benchmarking and market pricing using global survey data. Support on building salary ranges aligned to the new Job Framework. Support the compensation data digitisation project with data consolidation, validation and mass uploads. Support the annual compensation process where required. Support administration of the annual bonus cash plan. Support reporting requirements including creating standard reports for HR/Manager use. Regular validation of bonus and salary data informing local HR and/or assisting with correction in SuccessFactors. Lead and submit salary survey submissions. Qualifications
2+ years in Compensation/Total Rewards with global or multi-country scope preferred. Exceptional analytical and data governance capability. Experience in salary range design and benchmarking methodology. Hands‑on exposures to HRIS/comp systems (ideally SuccessFactors). Detail‑oriented, disciplined and execution‑focused working style. Proficient in written and spoken English. German and/or other language would be an advantage. Offer
Hands‑on experience in Total Rewards within a global HR environment. Exposure to key compensation and benefits processes, including job architecture, salary structures, and annual compensation cycles. Opportunity to contribute to global projects such as digitisation and data transformation initiatives. Development of advanced Excel, data analysis, and HRIS (SuccessFactors) skills. Collaboration with cross‑functional and international teams across multiple countries. Benefits
