As an SAP ERP lead, you will guide global SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades across Flowserve plants. You’ll manage scope, timelines, and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams and external consultants. The role combines hands‑on project leadership with strategic governance to standardize SAP processes. You’ll work closely with business and IT leaders to deliver measurable value and drive transformation in a manufacturing context.

• Lead and deliver ERP implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts for Flowserve globally
• Manage project scope, budget, and risk; ensure executive buy‑in and governance
• Coordinate day‑to‑day interactions with business sponsors and IT stakeholders
• Coach and supervise project teams and consultants across multiple locations
• Enforce end‑to‑end governance and standardization of SAP processes and implementation methods
• Ensure effective design, development, deployment, and maintenance across projects

Responsabilità

• 10 years’ experience in Information Systems/IT leadership or related roles
• 7 years SAP ERP implementation experience, with 3 years in manufacturing
• 3 full‑lifecycle SAP projects from requirements to production support
• Hands‑on ERP project management experience
• Experience with SAP project methodology
• Strong communication with non‑technical shop‑floor personnel
• 4‑year degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related discipline
• Proven ability to manage matrix teams and coordinate multiple tasks
