ERP SPECIALIST – ABOUT THE ROLE
Officina Stellare is a growing company in the aerospace industry, currently undergoing a major digital transformation. As part of this evolution, we are implementing a new ERP system.
We are seeking an ERP SPECIALIST to act as a key internal resource for the implementation and ongoing development of our new ERP platform. This role is central to ensuring the successful integration of all core business functions into a unified digital ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
- Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, with a focus on Production, Engineering, and Administration.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners for the management of the ERP project (Microsoft Business Central).
- Oversee integration with PowerBI for reporting and KPI monitoring.
- Provide operational support and training to internal users.
- Propose continuous improvement solutions for processes and ERP usage.
YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ERP SPECIALIST
- Previous experience in ERP implementation as a project lead, preferably with Microsoft Business Central (formerly NAV).
- Understanding of information flow in a project-based company that manages the full product lifecycle, from engineering to production.
- Experience managing software vendors, with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, including logic, content, and pricing.
- Basic skills in data analysis and reporting, preferably using PowerBI.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and change management skills.
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Educational background in technical or management fields (e.g., Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics).
THESE QUALIFICATIONS WUOLD BE NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
- Basic understanding of SQL or scripting languages for data reporting and automation tasks.
