The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with at least 18 months of IT experience. Responsibilities include first and second level support for customer issues, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, and maintaining ticket updates. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and certifications like CompTIA A+ are essential. Flexibility to work off-hours may be required.
