Experteer Overview
In this role you support the local Chief Compliance Officer to strengthen the compliance program for the central securities depository. You collaborate across business units to monitor regulations, perform risk assessments, and update governing documents. You will drive compliance controls, reporting, and training to foster a strong compliance culture. This is a hands‑on position at the core of regulatory adherence within a European market infrastructure. Retribuzione / Benefits
Support the local Chief Compliance Officer in core compliance activities Monitor regulatory frameworks (CSDR, GDPR, AML) applicable to the company Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses and other analyses to mitigate compliance risks Prepare, update and control internal policies and procedures Execute compliance-related internal controls and thematic reviews Prepare regulatory and management reporting and present to senior management Advise business units on Euronext Securities activities and maintain dialogue on compliance topics Coordinate with other compliance teams to harmonise approach Develop and deliver training and materials to promote compliance awareness Contribute to annual compliance plan and follow up on activities Identify and implement initiatives to mature compliance culture across CSDs and BUs Contribute to compliance‑related projects and perform planning tasks Handle ad hoc tasks as required Responsabilità
University degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field 5–6 years of experience in compliance, risk management or related area, preferably in financial services Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and directives in financial industry Experience in compliance risk assessments, gap analyses and internal controls Proven ability to prepare, update and implement compliance policies and governing documents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for advisory and stakeholder management Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple tasks High integrity, attention to detail and commitment to compliance culture Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are advantageous
