Location: Northern Italy onsite

Recruitment & Consulting: Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consulting is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants, Sales offices, R&D Centres.

Job Focus: Business-to-Business; experience required in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, dried Fruits, Vegetables, and other value added Food Ingredients. This role is not for FMCG or Hospitality.

• You will be in charge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD.
• You are a specialist in Food Ingredients.
• Develop strategies and formulate Annual Business Plan and Market Share objectives.
• You are able to lead a larger team: Finance, Operations, Sales Business Development, R&D, NPD, etc.
• Develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy.
• Focus primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.
• Ensure profitable business growth is accelerated and commercial success is achieved.
• MBA from a reputed institute and 15‑20 years of work experience in Food B2B industry.
• Drive the entire business operations for the Food Business, focusing on top line and bottom line performance, increasing revenues and augmenting profitability.
• Speak English and Italian.

This role is not for FMCG or Hospitality; it focuses on Food Ingredients.

Requirements

Experience in a GM position in Europe for Food Ingredients; multicultural experience preferred and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
