Overview
Experteer Overview In this role you drive integrated energy solutions across Europe, shaping value propositions and reference architectures for clean power projects. You collaborate with sales, product, engineering and commercial teams to identify opportunities, assess technology applications, and influence customer decisions. You will enable market penetration for geothermal ORC/STG, LDES and CHP, while developing new business models and partnerships. You contribute to Baker Hughes’ mission to accelerate the energy transition by delivering tailored, technically robust solutions that meet client needs. Benefits
Support Sales with cross-functional alignment on new markets, applications, and stakeholders. Develop value propositions and competitive analyses for proposed solutions. Generate demand in early project stages and improve market penetration. Create reference architectures and quantify potential solution value. Assess technology applicability to industry processes and customize solutions. Manage complex, client-specific products requiring technical analysis and system design. Build a strong pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and assess feasibility and resources. Support development of new business models, partnerships or consortia. Coordinate across engineering, legal, risk, and finance to craft optimal solutions. Lead thought leadership and participate in industry events to raise Baker Hughes visibility. Responsibilities
Experience in integrated energy solutions including geothermal ORC/STG, GT plants, CHP, and LDES. Strong turbomachinery knowledge (centrifugal/axial compressors, GTs, STGs, turboexpanders). Background in Utilities/IPP and energy market dynamics. Project engineering/development experience in electricity markets, power generation, geothermal, microgrids. Thermoflow and GTPro familiarity; thermal engineering software exposure. Experience with business case assessments and pre-feasibility studies; understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, and LCOE. Commercial acumen, relationship building, and customer requirements analysis. Excellent verbal/written English communication; ability to travel internationally. Demonstrated leadership in matrix environments and stakeholder management. Requirements
