1.University Degree and above，with 5+ years experience in manufacturing section.
2.Candidates may be from automotive part sector or general industrial background. And ever worked as nation/regional representative, or in sales marketing, program management ,operation management.
3.Logical thinking and good communication skill and passion for career.
4.Chinese candidate preferred.
