Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive the consumer sales strategy across Italy, France, and Spain within a multinational Panasonic team. You will align sales policy with Marketing, manage channel balance, and lead a capable team to achieve targets. You’ll shape medium- and long-term sales plans and budgets while strengthening relationships with key decision-makers. This position offers cross-functional collaboration, international exposure, and development opportunities in a values-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop medium- and long-term sales strategy for consumer sales in assigned countries in alignment with European Sales Director and Marketing
- Define business budget and assortment planning with Marketing GM and European Management
- Sustain relationships with decision-makers and influencers on the customer side and within Panasonic
- Support operational processes across Logistics, Finance, Planning, and Customer Service
- Provide input to European Management and Marketing GM for customer and portfolio management
- Lead and develop the sales team through goal setting, coaching, and organisational optimization
- Monitor market and KPIs, implementing measures to achieve targets
- Coordinate sales activities with European customers like Amazon and Direct-2-Consumer
- Represent Panasonic at relevant industry events and associations
- Contribute to strategic discussions and cross-functional alignment to drive growth
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in managing sales in Technical Consumer Goods market
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French appreciated
- Experience in defining sales policy and budgeting
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional processes and large-scale markets
