Our organization is seeking a highly skilled European Sales Director to spearhead the expansion of our Japanese wedding dress brand in Europe. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Description :

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Japan's unique values and expanding sales of the wedding dress brand in Europe. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, including bridal boutiques and department stores, as well as training, supporting, managing, and coordinating sales agents across Europe.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for proposing brand concepts and product value to clients, conducting market research for competition analysis and trend identification, setting annual sales targets, and implementing innovative strategies for growth. They will also oversee the entire sales cycle, including contract negotiations and after-sales support, and collaborate with product development and marketing teams to meet market needs and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of sales experience in the wedding dress industry, hold a valid driving license in Europe, and possess a network of wedding dress customers in the European market. They should also be fluent in English and Italian, have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

Benefits :

This is a full-time role with a working schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 : 00-18 : 00, including a 1-hour lunch break. Remuneration will be competitive, depending on experience, plus an incentive bonus.
