Meridiano Congress International, a market-leading company specializing in congresses and events, is looking for a highly skilled Event Manager to join our team and manage events worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage international congresses and events, including hotel accommodation, meeting rooms, F&B arrangements, registrations, and travel logistics.
- Collaborate with the event team on the planning and execution of projects.
- Manage suppliers and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Oversee onsite event management, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and handle financial reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Event Management.
- Fluent in English | B2 minimum level knowledge is required.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Significant experience in the organization of medical congresses will be highly valued and considered a key advantage.
