Meridiano Congress International, a market-leading company specializing in congresses and events, is looking for a highly skilled Event Manager to join our team and manage events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage international congresses and events, including hotel accommodation, meeting rooms, F&B arrangements, registrations, and travel logistics.
  • Collaborate with the event team on the planning and execution of projects.
  • Manage suppliers and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Oversee onsite event management, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and handle financial reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Event Management.
  • Fluent in English | B2 minimum level knowledge is required.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Significant experience in the organization of medical congresses will be highly valued and considered a key advantage.
