We’re looking for a Senior Account in our Events Division, a strategic and dynamic professional to play a key role in our continued expansion and in delivering impactful work across global brands and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, both national and international, serving as the main point of contact.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Coordinate and manage a team of internal resources and, on occasion, freelancers.
• Oversee and coordinate the planning and execution process of events, working closely with the creative and operational teams.
• Ensure that events are successfully executed, adhering to established budgets and timelines.
• Constantly monitor and evaluate project performance.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the services offered are cutting‑edge.

Requirements

• Professional background from the events and live communication agency industry.
• Proven experience in managing clients in the events and experiential activities sector.
• Ability to identify new business and sales opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of the events industry and marketing trends.
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Creativity and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Excellent proficiency in the English language.
