Events Coordinator, Project Management - Southern Europe

In this role you will drive end-to-end client activations and events for Tiffany & Co.’s Southern Europe Client Experience team in Milan. You will shepherd ideation, approval, and on-site execution, ensuring brand standards while adapting to local needs. You’ll collaborate with internal partners, production companies, and vendors to deliver memorable in-store and virtual experiences. This role offers the chance to shape high-visibility events for festive moments and product launches within a luxury retail context. salary from €34,000 (Italy) other company benefits Lead end-to-end planning and execution of client activations and events, both in-store and virtual Manage ideation, presentation, and on-site execution across all event phases Coordinate with corporate partners to balance brand standards with local execution Collaborate with Client Experience team and key stakeholders for seamless events Coordinate with production companies, agencies, and vendors for strategy delivery Liaise with store contacts to ensure smooth event elements and logistics Oversee event logistics (invitations, gifts, guest lists, RSVPs, travel) Develop communications for Retail Team and source high-taste vendors aligned with Tiffany aesthetics Maintain vendor relationships for quotes, communications, walkthroughs, and on-site production Manage agendas, recaps, and calendars; collaborate with Finance for budget reporting Degree/Master in Marketing and Events 5+ years in Retail or Hospitality Event planning Previous experience as Project Manager Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical skills; experience creating reports Problem solving and proactive attitude Fluent in Italian and English; third language a plus Strong organizational skills Analytical mindset Budget analysis and reporting Events Coordinator, Project Management - Southern Europe • pavia, lombardia, it
