Role Internship – Meeting & Events Department
Responsibilities
Support the team in managing events and group bookings from confirmation to execution.
Collaborate on client relations, gathering needs and sharing useful information for proper event organization.
Assist the team during site inspections, client meetings and site visits.
Support coordination of operational and logistical activities of the event, working with involved departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and others).
Contribute to the preparation of documentation and related administrative tasks for events.
Collaborate on monitoring guest satisfaction and gathering post‑event feedback.
Qualifications
Interest in hospitality, events and congresses.
Positive and proactive attitude, with strong guest orientation.
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Precision, flexibility and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to operate in dynamic contexts.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Good mastery of Microsoft Office and main IT tools.
