EVP, Global Head of Quality

Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the global Quality function across Evotec’s Drug Discovery and Drug Development network, driving a modern, commercially impactful quality strategy. You will steer large-scale transformation initiatives, harmonize processes and systems, and position Quality as a strategic differentiator in client partnerships and growth. The role requires navigating global, matrixed environments and building executive relationships across pharma, biotech, and regulators. You will shape how Quality supports business performance, innovation, and enterprise value, with global leadership spanning the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and the USA.

Responsabilità

• Significant senior leadership experience within a CRO, biotech, or pharma
• Strong understanding of partner expectations and unmet needs in complex CRO settings
• Proven track record leading transformation in global, matrixed, multi-site organisations
• Deep expertise across GXP environments including GLP, GCP, and GMP
• Strong commercial acumen and experience positioning Quality as a business enabler and strategic differentiator
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability at executive level
• Experience leading large international teams through change, complexity, and growth
• The ability to combine scientific credibility, operational rigor, and business pragmatism
