Job Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high‑impact administrative and operational support to senior commercial leaders within DePuy Synthes. This role plays a critical part in enabling sales and commercial effectiveness by ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, strong coordination across teams, and professional engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The position offers exposure to commercial strategy, leadership decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior Selling and Commercial leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and format presentations, reports, correspondence, and other commercial materials with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate internal meetings, leadership reviews, and commercial forums, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow‑up on action items.
- Serve as a key point of contact between commercial leadership, sales teams, and cross‑functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations).
- Support planning and execution of commercial initiatives, events, and customer‑related activities as needed.
- Manage expense reporting, purchase orders, and basic budget tracking in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems to support efficient information flow and decision‑making.
- Demonstrate strong work ethical behaviors and high collaborative attitude.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification required. Additional training in business administration, management support, or a related field preferred.
- Required: Typically 4–6 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or senior support role, ideally within a commercial or sales environment. Proven ability to support senior leaders with complex scheduling and multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Fluency in English.
- Preferred: Experience supporting commercial, sales, or regional leadership teams in a multinational organization. Familiarity with expense management, purchasing systems, and internal compliance processes. Experience coordinating meetings or events involving external customers or partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to senior‑level audiences. Comfort working across cultures and geographies.
- Travel: Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Benefits
- A base pay range of €29,800.00 - €48,530.00.
- Annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade/location, based on performance of the previous calendar year.
