We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant / Social Media Coordinator to support the Head of Communication and contribute to the execution of communication, social media, and event activities for a luxury brand based in the North-West province of Milan.


The role requires a professional with a strong executive assistant background, capable of operating with discretion, autonomy and attention to detail in a luxury and heritage context. Familiarity with premium or brand-driven environments and sensitivity to brand image, tone and reputation are essential.


Experience & qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role, preferably supporting senior executives
  • Previous experience in luxury, heritage, automotive, design or premium brand environments is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of corporate communication and brand-sensitive environments
  • Excellent command of Italian and English , both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus

Contractual framework

  • Employment contract governed by CCNL Metalmeccanico (Industria)
  • Job level and compensation to be defined based on experience and seniority, in line with the applicable CCNL classification.
  • Indicative Range: Total package between €40k and €50k
  • Full-time position

Key responsibilities:


Communication assistance & strategic support

  • Provide high-level executive assistance to the Head of Communication, managing presentations, agendas, meetings, correspondence and priorities
  • Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring effective coordination of activities
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, briefing notes and internal / external communications
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate business travel, meetings and interactions with internal departments and external stakeholders


Communication & brand support

  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives in line with the brand’s heritage, positioning and corporate strategy
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all communication materials
  • Liaise with internal departments (management, design, production, sales) and external partners (agencies, media, consultants)
  • Support content coordination across corporate communication channels


Social Media coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule social media content in alignment with brand positioning and communication strategy
  • Support the development and maintenance of the editorial calendar
  • Coordinate content sourcing and approvals with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor social media channels and prepare performance summaries


Events & institutional representation

  • Support the organization and execution of high-profile events, including product unveilings, press events, exhibitions, fairs and institutional meetings
  • Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, venues, invitations and materials
  • Provide on-site support ensuring brand excellence, attention to detail and consistency with luxury standards
  • Support post-event follow-up, reporting and documentation


Administrative & operational support

  • Support budget monitoring, supplier contracts, purchase orders and invoices related to communication and events
  • Maintain structured archives, contact databases and communication documentation
  • Provide operational and organizational support to the team
