We are looking for an Executive Assistant for Alpinestars’ President, with experience in the role and who will also be responsible for project management of complex projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing the request upon receipt;
  • Submit the request to the President for approval;
  • Work with the R&D team to produce the artwork and to discuss production methods and timing;
  • Shipping to customers and/or events / transfer to Asolo for showroom and/or events;
  • Ensure that the showroom is always up-to-date and in order for dealer/distributor visits;
  • Make sure the samples all arrive in time for events;
  • Organizing travel and managing the agenda/organizing appointments for the president.
  • Sample management;
  • Customer order entry;
  • Supporting Teamwear Team;
  • Advertising.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum experience of 10 years;
  • High level of discretion and management of confidential information;
  • Strong communication skills in all forms - verbal, written, etc;
  • Strong ability to follow through and complete tasks ,with a keen attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Knowledge of AS400 is considered a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics;
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
