Everyday Roles & Responsibilities As an Italian Customer Support Advisor, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our brand, delivering high-quality assistance to our Italian-speaking client base. Your daily tasks will revolve around:
Multichannel Customer Care:
Promptly responding to user inquiries across phone calls, email messages, and live chat with professionalism, clarity, and care.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Methodically diagnosing technical issues, billing inquiries, or account questions, and guiding customers step-by-step toward complete resolution.
CRM Logging & Documentation:
Maintaining precise records of customer contacts, feedback, and escalated support cases within our centralized CRM software.
Product Knowledge Mastery:
Keeping fully updated on software updates, platform releases, and internal guidelines to offer flawless assistance at all times.
Target & Quality Alignment:
Consistently meeting or exceeding your individual key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining top-tier quality standards.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications Language Requirements
Italian:
Fluent, high-level mastery across both spoken and written communication.
English:
Professional working proficiency (at least B2 level) to communicate effectively with internal leadership and international team members.

The ability to multitask smoothly across several web browsers, ticketing software, and CRM databases simultaneously.

EU citizenship or a valid, active full-time work permit for Portugal.

A gross monthly salary of
€1,340
if you choose to find, rent, and fund your own apartment in Lisbon.
Package Option B (Company-Provided Accommodation):
A gross monthly salary of
€1,060
paired with dedicated corporate lodging.
