Job Title: Field Service Electrician

Essential Functions:

• Knowledge of Electrical Code and electrical theory
• Ability to adapt to various environments and make decisions based on industry best practices
• Understanding of materials specific to work environments for sight-specific installations
• Ability to read project drawings, submittals, and layouts proficiently
• Electrical construction skills
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through dedication and efficiency
• Assist with design changes and estimate field change order work
• Track and document change orders and work hours/materials
• Maintain up-to-date as-built drawings and support CAD with design changes
• Be flexible with onsite design modifications

Skills:

• Ability to identify wires positively
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and maps
• Hand bend conduit with benders
• Operate power tools and equipment safely
• Dig trenches using hand or power tools
• Operate construction equipment safely
• Follow safety procedures per company policy
• Operate company trucks and tools
• Work from lifts and on energized circuits with approval

Training:

• Complete Equipment Training
• Complete OSHA 30
• Complete all safety certifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible with work schedule
• Strong safety record
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven
• Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems from 120/240V single phase to 480V three phase
• Fire alarm and control familiarity is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player
• Ability to travel within 60 miles of Naples

Physical and Environmental Demands:

• Work in all weather conditions
• Use personal tools (approx. 30 lbs.)
• Work from ladders and perform overhead tasks
• Lift up to 51 pounds
• Maintain good vision and secure tools and materials
