LHH Recruitment Solutions offers the opportunity to join a historic manufacturing company in the special cables and electrical materials sector, with the role of Export Area Manager.

The candidate, working in synergy with the sales team and reporting to the Sales Director, will manage an existing client portfolio and identify new business development opportunities across Europe.

Responsibilities
The resource will autonomously perform the following activities:

• Market research and analysis related to business, competition, potential new clients to establish solid commercial relationships;
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients, focusing on up-selling and cross-selling within the Group's product range;
• Engage effectively and constructively with sales channels: Industrial & Automation, Safety & Fire Prevention, Rail & Metro, Electrical Distributors;
• Propose products and solutions related to electrical components and special cables, managing economic negotiations with a 'custom-oriented' approach;
• Collaborate with other company departments, especially the back-office and technical teams.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A technical degree or similar qualification;
• Previous experience in technical sales of electrical materials in international markets, covering at least one of the sales channels mentioned above;
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach;
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% for client meetings and industry fairs.

Location: Vicenza + travel within the assigned areas
