The Position:

The ideal candidate is an ambitious and determined individual with solid experience in a commercial role as an Export Manager for companies in the niche perfumery or luxury sector. In this role, the person will report directly to the Head of International Sales.

We are looking for someone with a strategic vision who, thanks to their deep and established knowledge of international markets, is able to organize and plan their work effectively. They will have a key role between internal teams, distributors, and retailers, assuring the execution of commercial activities. They should be capable of building and implementing the commercial strategy for foreign markets, driving progressive growth starting from the existing client portfolio and expanding across new markets.


Main responsibilities:

  • Driving Sales & Revenue Growth: Manage sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and ensure revenue and profit growth in line with company objectives;
  • Strengthen markets already covered by the company by maintaining effective relationships with clients.
  • Productively develop sales in new potential markets;
  • Manage and consolidate a commercial structure by monitoring activities and assigning objectives;
  • In alignment with company teams coordinated by Senior Management, ensure efficiency for markets and foreign clients;
  • Carefully analyse and map key competitors and market trends to define a winning strategy;
  • Execute and monitor the effective rollout of the Trade and Marketing plan, supporting the launch of new product developments (NPDs), coordinating in-store promotions, and facilitating training initiatives;


Requirements:

  • 3+ Years Commercial Sales / Export Sales experience in the fragrances industry
  • Fluency in English/Mother tongue; proficiency in any additional language is considered an asset.
  • ·Ability to operate in a small, independent organisation;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation;
  • Ethically driven to achieve business results;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
