Export Sales – DACH & International Markets

Work location: Germany. A mandatory 6–12 month training period at the company's German headquarters, followed by relocation to Italy within the Group's international commercial organization.
Contract: Full-time permanent contract.
Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 gross annual salary.
The Company
Our client operates in the medical devices, emergency response, rescue equipment and technical products sectors. As part of an international growth strategy, the company is strengthening its commercial organization and investing in the development of future Export Managers who will play a key role in supporting distributors and international markets.
The Role
During the first 6–12 months, you will be fully immersed in the company's products, culture, customers and commercial processes. After this training period, you will relocate to Italy and become part of an international sales hub, supporting distributors and partners while progressively taking ownership of international markets.
This position is designed as a development path toward future Export Manager responsibilities and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of the company's international business.
Your Activities
You will support distributors and business partners in commercial and after-sales activities. You will develop and strengthen relationships with B2B customers across international markets. You will coordinate customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective solutions. You will identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development initiatives. You will support the organization and expansion of the international sales network. You will participate in customer visits, trade fairs and industry events. You will analyse market trends and provide commercial feedback to management. You will travel internationally for approximately 50% of your working time.
You Could Be the Right Person If
You are fluent in German and English. You have gained experience in sales, export sales, customer management or business development within a B2B environment. Experience in FMCG, medical devices, pharmaceutical, rescue equipment, technical apparel, outdoor or related sectors will be considered an advantage. You are willing to travel extensively and work in international markets. You are willing to complete the initial training period in Germany and subsequently relocate to Italy. You possess strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills. You demonstrate commercial awareness and a customer-oriented mindset. You are motivated to build a long-term career in international sales and export management.
