Job Description
THE MISSION?
- Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you.
- You are in charge of the restaurant and bar service, as well as developing the profitability of each outlet.
- Coordinating with the F&B Director, you supervise the team while taking on many other responsibilities.
- You train, support and develop your team.
- You ensure compliance with the law; you’re watch at Mama is never over.
- You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!
Qualifications
- Detail is important to you; nothing goes missing thanks to your sense of organization and anticipation.
- You teach your team the importance of selling, without turning into the Wolf of Wall Street.
- You are a diplomat and know how to bring the entire team together.
- Team spirit is your strength, like the 'Gladiators in suits' with Olivia Pope.
- You get your hands dirty and think that leading by example is the key to success.
- You know how to mobilize the necessary resources (Human, Financial & Administrative) to carry out your mission.
- You want to be at the heart of the action with your team and not always alone at your office.
