We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team working on various exciting projects within a multi-cloud application delivery environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate technical leadership and guide customers in deploying complex solutions across multiple infrastructures, including on-premises, cloud, or hybrid setups.

About the Role

You will work directly with customers, providing consultancy and mentorship on F5 Technologies to meet their business objectives. Fluency in Italian and a second language (German or French) is essential. Your responsibilities include understanding client goals, engaging in collaborative dialogue, and ensuring client needs are met.

Requirements

• Develop proficiency in core F5 products and technologies through training and self-study.
• Handle responsibilities such as systems architecture, hardware/software specification, design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment.
• Perform consulting activities including installations, migrations, upgrades, configurations, and security updates.
• Engage in troubleshooting and identify additional product or service opportunities within client organizations.
• Manage interactions with partners and customers from project scoping to delivery and follow-up.
• Perform basic project management tasks like status reporting, time tracking, and risk management.
• Utilize F5 BIG-IP software for automation and orchestrate cloud deployment strategies.
• Provide expertise in application security, focusing on L7 WAF capabilities, DoS, and BOT mitigation strategies.
