Fedeli i s looking for a passionate Client Advisor to join our corner in Rinascente, Rome, for a fixed-term position.
The candidate we are searching for will work as “Fedeli ambassador”, able to convey the brand’s philosophy and values. He/she will be responsible to maximize the sales performance by fostering the relationship with the customers and developing their Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store and guiding the client into Fedeli world.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent Fedeli experience
- Deliver an exceptional and tailored service to each client, ensuring a memorable in-store experience that reflects Fedeli’s philosophy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and CRM engagement
- Support daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and upkeep of store standards
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through a strong understanding of product, storytelling, and customer needs
- Uphold the brand's values of sustainability, inclusion, and refined Italian style in every interaction
Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in both menswear and womenswear
- Strong attitude for clienteling, CRM, and delivering a personalized shopping experience
- Passion for quality, design, and long-lasting fashion
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing and evolving brand environment
- Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable
