FICC Sales Vice President - Flow Rates

Experteer Overview

You will drive the German market for FICC flow products and deepen our relationships with institutional clients. In this role you work within a cross-functional team to originate and execute fixed income opportunities, provide market ideas, and support new issues. You will monitor markets, prepare client materials, and help optimize engagement and revenue. The role combines client coverage with market intelligence to contribute to a scalable, client‑centric flow franchise.

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients (asset managers, insurers, banks, pension funds, professional investors)
• Originate and execute fixed income opportunities in primary and secondary markets
• Provide market intelligence, investment ideas and relative value opportunities
• Support new issues in coordination with DCM, Syndicate and Research teams
• Monitor credit markets, spreads, macro trends and issuer developments to identify opportunities
• Prepare client presentations, investment proposals, market updates and marketing materials
• Respond to client requests, provide pricing and support trade execution
• Analyze client portfolios and trading activity to increase engagement and revenue
• Participate in meetings, roadshows and industry events
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality client service and execution

Responsabilità

• 5/7 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven relationships with German/Austrian customers, RMs (including insurance and pension funds) and banks
• Deep knowledge of Credits/Rates/EM markets
• Ability to analyze market environment, RV trades, client portfolio dynamics, primary and secondary market peculiarities
• Bachelor or Master degree
• English and German fluency
