Job Description

Agilent is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and people-oriented Field Account Manager to join our sales team and support the growth of our analytical instrumentation portfolio in the Lazio region .
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Agilent’s core Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (CMS) solutions.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with product, specialists, marketing, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Balance field activities with office-based tasks, including planning, reporting, and virtual meetings.
- Stay updated with market trends and customer needs to ensure Agilent remains a trusted partner.
This is a field-based role; being based in the Lazio region will facilitate regular customer visits (a valid driver’s license is required).
Qualifications
- University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related scientific field.
- Understanding of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, especially in an analytical laboratory setting.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of the sales process, is advantageous.
- Fluent Italian language skills.
Personal skills include building and maintaining networks, being highly motivated, and possessing strong self-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
