Purpose:

Build, lead, support, and coordinate the brands' agents team in Italy to grow the wholesale business.

Develop strong top account relationships and pursue healthy distribution expansion across Italy, focusing on distribution quality and segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of wholesale strategy (GTM) for Italy, covering all aspects of 4P’s (product, place, promotion, price) aligned with market trends and competitors to achieve KPIs (sell-in, revenue, profitability, brand share, and equity).
  • Drive execution by agents to meet company targets.
  • Support door expansion and manage current doors (LRN-MOR) with clear segmentation to ensure long-term distribution success.
  • Negotiate top account contracts to drive profitable sales growth.
  • Ensure implementation of assortment guidelines and provide accurate forecasts based on order books and performance.
  • Understand and successfully implement company WOW and operational processes/tools.
  • Collaborate with OTC and credit teams to reduce credit issues and expedite shipments.
  • Implement T&C’s aligned with seasonal strategies with strong financial control.
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and other departments to optimize sell-in and sell-out.
  • Enhance digital tools (B2B) for new partners and customers, supporting segmentation and service quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or significant work experience as a substitute.
  • Experience: Sales leadership, team management, preferably in fashion or multinational companies with matrix structures.
  • Languages: Italian and English.

Functional Competencies:

  • Experience in wholesale sales and understanding of sell-out drivers.
  • Focus on consumer orientation and profitable sales growth.
  • Strong financial and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Leadership in sales metrics, account development, and inventory management.
  • Apparel industry experience and digital B2B skills are desirable.
