As a Field Application Engineer, you'll become the trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them bring cutting-edge designs to life. Working at the intersection of engineering and customer engagement, you'll support design wins, influence product selection, and accelerate the adoption of innovative, energy-efficient power technologies.
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role combining pre- and post-sales technical support, design reviews, schematic analysis, product demonstrations, and close collaboration with business development, R&D teams, and distribution partners.
Based onsite in Milan with 30–50% travel, you'll need a degree in Electrical Engineering, at least three years' experience in analog or power electronics design or applications, and strong communication skills in both English and Italian. Experience within the automotive sector would be a distinct advantage.
