Position: Field Force Manager
Job location: Milan
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Force Manager to join our dynamic retail team and actively contribute to the management of our field force personnel, ensuring the successful execution of retail strategies, and driving overall sales growth.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Motivate and manage a team of field force representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Collaborate with sales and channel marketing team to develop and implement effective field sales strategies
- Ensure the successful execution of product launches, promotions, and other sales initiatives in the field
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors to optimize product placement, promotional displays, and overall brand visibility
- Design, monitor and analyze field force performance metrics, providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness
- Stay informed about the latest market dynamics and competitor activities and provide insights to enhance sales and market share
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor degree with at least 10 years proven experience in retail field force management in consumer electronics industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making
- Excellent capabilities of project management with a proven track record of successful cases
- In-depth knowledge of retail trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
- Readiness to travel frequently to different retail locations
