Field IT Technician

Join Hemmersbach as a Field IT Technician to provide onsite enduser support to multiple customers in the area of Milan.

You will:

• Device installations: assist the clients in installation of the software and initial setting up of the systems
• Troubleshooting: identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile devices, Tablets etc.
• User support: provide support on applications and systems
• Account Management: management of user accounts/permissions
• Connectivity issues: basic network support.

Location: Milan area (availability to travel in the area is required - driving license needed )

Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility of switch into a permanent)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally within the field
• Confidence in addressing break/fix issues – Typically supporting PCs / Laptop
• Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
• Familiarity with ticketing system
• Good English and fluent Italian
• Availability to travel in the area of Milan
• Driving licence
