Field Marketing Manager North-East (Triveneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche)

Full-time Organization: Red Bull S.r.l. Overview

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for building the local face of Red Bull within their region (North East Italy – Triveneto, Emilia-Romagna and Marche) in line with global and national strategies and priorities. The role involves building strong local networks, including opinion leaders and key influencers both online and offline, and creating and implementing marketing initiatives across the four pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications). Initiatives leverage On Premise, Off Premise, and New Business opportunities while addressing local needs and specifics to support business growth. This is a field role with extensive time spent outside the office. Understand the latest generational trends by staying close to consumers and engaging with networks across different scenes. Involve the local team in idea generation for the field and capitalize on their university lifestyle to identify technology, digital, and social trends early. Create new and innovative ideas that bring the brand to life, tapping into local networks, scenes and opinion-leaders, and execute these ideas with the right balance of the four pillars based on regional knowledge and global/national priorities. Ensure digital and social media are central to every field marketing activity and selectively pursue cross-marketing opportunities with sales, marketing and the Red Bull Media Network. Responsibilities

Drive field activities to bring the brand to life in the region, balancing the four pillars of the marketing mix and leveraging local networks and scenes. Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with global and national priorities while addressing local needs and opportunities. Maintain a strong online and offline presence by engaging opinion leaders and key influencers, and ensure digital and social media sit at the heart of field marketing. Identify and pursue cross-marketing opportunities with sales, marketing, and Red Bull Media Network. Driving Efficiency

Timely manage the logistical system for warehousing and infrastructure to ensure the right tools and management are in place to support local needs and maintain premium appearance. Develop and manage the regional budget with support from the line manager and specialists; identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies for the region. Manage field expenses and general administration. Build smart, mutually beneficial partnerships with other brands, organizations and networks to bring added value such as expertise, networks, goods, budget or facilities. Outsource local media-related activities to the right regional experts to maximize outcomes; coordinate with agencies and specialized companies for event logistics. Share best practices with the team and the Line Manager. Organisational Capabilities and Enabling Structure

Act as a role model and display the Red Bull values with a consistent, motivating tone of voice. Source, hire, train and manage Field Marketing Specialists (FMS) who fit the brand and the field scenes. Coach FMS in sourcing, hiring and training Student Marketeers and approve every hiring personally. Set regional objectives and clear goals for FMS, with regular performance evaluations. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure FMS achieve their deliverables; assess development needs of the FMS in collaboration with the Head of Field. Identify and nurture key talent for potential space-to-shine opportunities; train the regional team (including sales) on brand strategies and execution guidelines. 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in sports/events or culture marketing, or on the field. Strong leadership, planning and project management skills with proven people-management experience. Proven background in negotiation and management of budgets. A ‘connector’ with excellent communication and networking skills who can open doors and excite people for an idea. Continual understanding of consumer trends and insights (digital, university life, moving patterns) with strong understanding of youth culture in sports and culture in the region. A creative marketer with depth in brand understanding and a focus on rapid ideas implementation. Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities. Excellent communication, presenting and training abilities, with the ability to blend in with diverse audiences. Ideally, experience in working with commercial teams. Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in sports/events or culture marketing, or on the field. Strong leadership, planning, project management, and people-management skills. Proven budget negotiation and management experience. Excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Deep understanding of consumer trends and youth culture relevant to the region. Compensation

Annual gross salary: starting from €54,000, based on experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities. The position follows the National Collective Labour Agreement for Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).
