Field Service Coordinator - Apprenticeship

We are looking for an Apprentice for our Customer Service within the Digital Industries business area (Core Automation) who will be trained for 2 years in Milan as a Field Service Coordinator .

During the apprenticeship you will receive comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the scheduling of on-site and remote activities with Field Service Technicians in Italy and/or abroad;
  • Assisting in administrative activities related to the purchase and delivery of spare parts, following predefined procedures;
  • Preparation of offers and in the processing of customers’ orders, in accordance with internal guidelines;
  • Collaborating with Business Unit stakeholders by supporting information exchange and contributing to customer-related activities;
  • Providing support in activities related to the coordination of third-party vendors, assisting the team during the different phases of the process;
  • Supporting customers during the Field Service process, starting from ticket registration and assisting in follow-up activities, ensuring correct data handling and escalation when required.

Required Entry Qualifications

  • You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract;
  • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Humanities, Engineering, or similar fields;
  • Microsoft Office basic knowledge;
  • Proficiency in English and Italian;
  • Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a changing environment;
  • Passion to never-stop growing;
  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge;
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
