Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain adequate commercial relationships with customers.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
• Serve as supervisor during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary.
• Act as coordinator during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary.
• Maintain and care for supplied tools and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
• Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as parts, new contracts, contract renewals, and system sales.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Secondary School Technical Diploma (Mechatronic specialization preferred).
• Willingness to travel to Italy (approximately 200 days/year, Monday to Friday), with some travel abroad.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays occasionally (once a month, variably).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B2).
• Experience in technical documentation and knowledge of GEA product portfolio and related processes/applications is a plus.
• Proactivity and flexibility.
