Overview
In this role you will install, service, and repair filling and packaging machines at customer sites across Italy. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment runs reliably. Your hands‑on expertise will help optimize machine uptime and drive customer satisfaction in a global, sustainability‑focused organization. You will travel within Italy and Europe, contributing to field service excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Vocational training as mechatronics technician or electrician (explicit)
- Basic electric/electronic skills
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- High commitment, motivation, flexibility, and willingness to work overtime
- Willingness to travel (Italy, Europe)
- Good Italian and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service/maintenance of automatic machines
