Field Service Engineer Italy

In this role you will support Cytiva’s mission to advance therapies by installing, maintaining, and repairing biomedical equipment at customer sites across Italy. You will represent the company, plan service activities, and drive opportunities for revenue through service contracts. You’ll work remotely within a designated region and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, compliant service. This position offers meaningful impact in biotech-enabled healthcare and a pathway to growth within a global organization. company car bonus / incentive pay salary range provided career growth opportunities Install and qualify equipment at customer sites Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs Troubleshoot complex issues and support field diagnostics Promote and implement service contracts and revenue programs Plan and execute service activities at customer sites Manage stock and work orders Represent the company to clients and partake in sales opportunities Education: related engineering field (Biomedical, Electrical, Computer, Electronic, Automation) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Strong mechanical and electrical skills; troubleshooting experience Ability to travel ~70% including overnight stays within Italy
